You will find all rates for a visa application below. These rates include the handling charges, collection and delivery, but not the embassy costs! Please note that this rates. These rates apply to a normal delivery time - prices: 1st january 2019

Handling charges  : Normal delivery time of 8 days for visa application or legalization of documents

                                   1 visa application           : € 70,00

                                   2-3 visa applications        :  € 60,00 / piece

                                   4 -5 visa applications        : € 50,00 / piece

                                   more than 5 applications     : € 25,00 / piece

Visa support ( invitation):

Russia:             tourist invitation:                          € 30          

                        business invitation starting from:  € 50

Other CIS countries: starting from € 50,-

Extra costs

                Registered mail                                       : € 15,-

            Pictures (adjust/reprints)                         : € 19,-

            Copies                                                    : € 0,25 / piece

            Completion application form from             : € 15,-

Collection and Delivery costs

€ 12,- per section (so back and forth: €24,-) for Limburg, Antwerp, Flemish Brabant en Dutch Limburg (south of  the Netherlands).

Other

All our rates are per file ( same date of departure, same entries ) and per embassy. Not included: embassy costs and 21 % VAT.

You will be informed on a regular base about possible changes concerning embassy formalities, applications, local legal changes, etc.. If required with the relevant documents.
