COSTS - GENERAL INFORMATION
Delivery costs
€ 12,- per section (so € 24,- back and forth) for Limburg, Antwerp, and Flemish-Brabant. For other destinations: price on request.
Collection and delivery
Provided in Limburg, Antwerp, Flemish-Brabant and Dutch Limburg (south of the Netherlands).
General information
All rates are per file (same date of departure, same entries) and per embassy. Embassycosts and VAT (21%) are excluded.
We will inform you on a regular basis about possible chances concerning embassy conditions, visa requests, local legaslative changes,.. if needed with the relevant documents.
The invoice will be addressed to the company or person that requested the visa.
Overview Embassy-costs
Please note the following for a better understanding of the costs:
1. The prices are based on 1 visa application for 1 person from Belgium for one entry within a certain period.
2. If a distinction is made between cases (B) or tourism (T) this will also be indicated.
3. The normal rate is a waiting time of 7 calendar days.
Faster procedures are indicated with Express or Urgent and the corresponding amounts.
Attention: the express and / or urgent procedures differ in calendar days and by embassy.
3. Although every effort has been made to provide accurate information, the requirements for travel visas and passports
are constantly changing and it may take some time before we are informed of such changes.
That is why we can not guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
